As the market for low carbon technology and expertise grows it will be essential to have a skilled workforce in place. At present there is a shortage of trained people across the housing and energy sector able to meet the growing demand for low carbon technologies and services. Therefore universities, vocational colleges and companies need to offer the courses and programmes to ensure people have the necesary training and skills to innovate and implement low carbon solutions.this happens.
